RMS OUTAGE NOTICE:
RMS is experiencing ongoing intermittent outages which began Tuesday, 17 November at
approximately 8:30am Pacific and continue currently. We are working closely with CE-IT to help resolve the issue however,
we have no estimated time to resolution. We apologize for any interuption this may cause to your workflow.
RMS PLANNED OUTAGE NOTICE:
CE-IT will be performing scheduled maintenance this weekend causing RMS to be inaccessible.
According to CE-IT, maintenance is scheduled to occur 20-22 November 2020. The anticipated start of the of the scheduled maintenance
is 6:00 PM Central time on Friday, 20 Nov 2020, ending 12:00am Sunday, 22 November 2020.

In an effort to ensure proper compliance with the 1979 Trade Act Agreement
RMS technical support software, Kayako, is being replaced with Jira Service Desk.
The interface to the support ticket portal will look and behave differently.

The Resident Management System (RMS) is a quality management and contract administration program designed by Resident Engineers. The system provides an efficient method to plan, schedule, and control all aspects of construction.
