The USACE Quality Management System (QMS) Vision is as follows: |
To execute the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' mission through standard business processes that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and product quality; are championed by the Communities of Practice (COP's); and improved through Lean Six Sigma so that USACE PDT's can respond virtually and seamlessly in support of the Nation's Civil Works priorities and the Armed Forces' call for expeditionary technical teams in real-time, anywhere across the globe with minimal onsite training.
The documents with National Process Numbers in the 08000 series consist of the current Engineering and Construction (E&C) standard business processes which are part of the USACE Quality Management System (QMS). |
