For assistance with RMS 3.0 and the QCS program, the Contractor should first contact their local Corps of Engineers representative. The local Corps of Engineers Area, Resident, or Project Office is the first-line contact and is responsible for the success of the RMS and QCS interface.

Mrs. Kerry P. Gates , RMS PMO, Corps of Engineers, is responsible for the overall development of the RMS and QCS programs.

Richard Alvarez , RMS HelpDesk Coordinator, RMS Center, coordinates on-line support, issues and fields questions from Contractors and Government users.

The RMS Support Center office hours are Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
